How do I get the meat I have ordered?

 

Our customers are always welcome to come pick up their meat directly from the Farm, but if that is not possible for you, do not fret! We do meat delivery trips several times throughout the year. Typically there are at least two trips to Edmonton and one to Calgary every spring and fall.

Can I buy beef by the piece, or do I have to buy a full quarter?

We do our very best to meet every customer's individual needs. And so, although we typically sell beef by the quarter, we do sell beef by the piece as well! Just let us know what you want - whether it is 50 lbs of hamburger, or just a few steaks and roasts.

*NOTE: Prices of individual cuts of meat may be different than that of a full quarter of beef. This is due to the fact that higher quality meat cuts are worth more than the lower quality cuts.
